Hello! My name is Tammy, and Sakura Stories is a shop born out of my deep love for both books and Japanese green tea. I am half Japanese and half English, and have spent a big portion of my life growing up in Tokyo, where I developed a deep appreciation for the serene beauty of Japan, its traditions and, of course, green tea! My passion for books began in childhood, and to me, have always been a source of pure magic—a dream and an adventure you can hold in your hands.

 Sakura Stories embraces the Japanese concept of "Ichigo-ichie"—the idea that each moment is unique and should be cherished. We believe that reading should be a haven amidst the busyness of everyday life, a chance to slow down and appreciate the moment you are in. We are dedicated to creating an experience where reading, relaxation and mindfulness come together. 

 There’s nothing quite like brewing a hot cup of tea, snuggling down into a comfy reading spot, and getting lost in the adventure of a new book.
